The U.S. National Arboretum is co-hosting the Second Annual Washington Gardener Seed Exchange on January 27, 2007, 12:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. The event will feature talks on seedling care, propogation of native seeds, and heirloom vegetable seed collection.
